CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – NORTH AMERICAN SALES
(Permanent Full-time)

Our company is an Edmonton, AB based manufacturer and distributor of ground engaging tools to international construction, mining and road maintenance industries.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your primary focus will be providing quality and prompt service to our distributors and manufacturing customers located throughout North America.

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

Responds to customer inquiries
Maintains strong customer relations
Acts as a liaison with other departments
Processes orders and quotations
Provides technical support
Investigates, resolves and responds to customer concerns

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of knowledge & skills in the following competencies:

Excellent interpersonal and all-round communication skills
A self-starter with the ability to make decisions and solve problems
Exceptional organization and time management skills
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Proficient technical knowledge with MS Office products
