| Program Representative Company Summary At Kognitive Marketing, we specialize in recruiting, training & staffing Promotional Representatives to execute marketing programs. Position Summary Kognitive Marketing is currently seeking to employ for the Program Representative position. Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and executing assemblies on behalf of Kognitive Marketing’s charitable clients in high schools across the region. In doing so, the Program Ambassador will coordinate program logistics with high school administrations, execute assembly logistics & complete reports. We are looking for charismatic individuals with great organizational skills that can speak in front of large groups. Successful candidates will improve their organizational, management, and public speaking skills as they coordinate final presentations on behalf of YPI. Most importantly, successful candidates will experience great personal and professional growth and get the opportunity work on a charitable program with a great cause. Key Responsibilities • Organize and execute final presentations at secondary schools throughout their region • Interact and engage with people • Produce reports • Assist in program development • Set up and take down event materials Requirements & Desired Attributes • Outgoing, ambitious, charismatic, career oriented, extremely social, and has a passion for interacting with people • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the confidence needed to address large groups of students in order to inform and motivate • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills • University or college degree/diploma preferred with a background in social work, education or the charities sectors preferred • Community service or volunteer work an asset • A vehicle is required for this position Compensation $13-17 per hour How to Apply Submit resume and cover letter Please include: YPI, your city & Ensure you reference Job ID#2014.1 in the subject line | |
