Weatherford's Drilling Services Division currently has an immediate opening for a hardworking, team player in our Motor (R&M) Shop. The primary responsibilities of this role are (but not limited to): Duties Dismantle and reassemble drilling motors and jars in a timely and efficient manner while following closely controlled procedures and ensure that all components and processes are up to specifications. Cleaning all mud motor parts after motor has been disassembled. Visually inspecting all parts for obvious wear and non-conformances; determining when more detailed inspection is needed. General shop housekeeping. Follow established safety guidelines and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Identify hazards in the shop and bring them to management's attention. Qualifications Basic computer and math skills Mechanically inclined Able to lift heavy loads Work in a safe manner at all times Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be trained in all applicable SAP processes and procedures.
