Day Cook

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing mise en place
- Preparing and packaging menu items
- Preparing food at off site events
- Daily Deliveries

The successful candidate requires:
- Culinary skills or related experience
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Full comprehension of spoken and written English
- A valid drivers license
Solid knowledge of banquet/offsite catering food service, production and execution a definite asset

This is a Full-Time position with some evenings and weekends required.
