Career Opportunity – Management Team

We have successfully launched our first thirty stores in Canada and will be opening more in 2010. We are looking to fill full time Co-Manager positions in our Edmonton stores.

This position will play a key role growing our brand, fostering our company culture for our Associates and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our Customers.

 Direct workforce management

 Manage controllable expenses and ensure protection of store assets

BUILD THE BRAND — Build a store environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive in-store Customer experiences

 Understand the beauty industry and the brand

 Maximize the use of real estate productivity in order to drive profitable sales growth

 Ensure visual standards are met and enable positive in-store experiences for Customers

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP — The ability to demonstrate leadership versatility, communication skills and self-management

 Communicate effectively to promote understanding, learning, information exchange, and problem solving

 Show high levels of personal flexibility and resilience during periods of organizational change

 Lead with professionalism, flexibility and guided by values to represent the company positively

QUALIFICATIONS: Ideal Candidate

 5+ years of Management experience needed. Experience managing multi-store locations an asset

 Proven track record of successfully managing in a high transaction environment — beauty industry experience preferred

 Ability to communicate effectively with all levels and “lead change”

 Experience opening new stores and/or managing a renovation/store relocation is ideal

 A demonstrated ability to facilitate learning at all levels

 Proven ability to build and sustain sales results with a strong desire to exceed expectations

 Strong coaching, leadership, supervisory and customer service skills
