Clinical Research Associate

CRA responsibilities
 Review Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Trials Contracts from sponsors.

 Facilitate the pre-study feasibility meetings with sponsors

 Provide documentation and gain approval for studies through appropriate Ethics Review Boards

 Prepare the budget template for the clinical trials office, review the budget from the sponsor and assist departments in negotiating discrepancies.

 Work directly with Investigators to prepare abstracts and posters for meetings.


Basic requirements:

 A bachelor’s degree in a health science related field, related practical experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Some knowledge of the contracts process and some experience in negotiation

 A comprehensive understanding of the clinical research process.

 Basic proficiency with various computer software applications.

 Excellent time management skills

 Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data of protocol requirements.
Strong analytical skills
 Demonstrated interpersonal, oral and written skills for communication with Health care professional
 ICH-GCP certification
