Office Assistant

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with clerical tasks, data entry and financial reporting, as well as provide support to office tenants specific to co-ordination of services and tenant relations.

The successful candidate shall -
- have a high school or equivalent diploma (preference will be given to those who have received accreditation in admin & accounting from a post secondary institution),
- be fluent in spoken and written English,
- have a strong written and oral communications skills,
- be computer literate with a thorough understanding of MS Office applications,
- experience in an office environment,
- have a valid class 5 drivers license,
- preference will be given to those who have an understanding of the administration of a commercial office building.
