| Web Graphics Designer About the Web Graphics Position The web graphics designer position is one of the most diverse positions at our company. Designers take an integral role in all of our projects, as we brainstorm ideas and develop them into world leading products and services. Your workload will primarily consist of designing new site concepts, editing existing webite graphics and pages, as well as some minor print and branding work. Graphics designers are not required to do any website coding, such as HTML/CSS, but an understanding of such coding is required for best design practices. Qualifications: • Portfolio of design experience, live sites, and wireframe examples required. • Minimum of 3 years experience in online design at an agency, studio or contractual work • Knowledge of best practices in web design, information design, and interaction design • Ability to create developer-ready wireframes and documentation for complete website features • Project management skills are critical including adaptability, time management and meeting objectives • Strong creative problem solving abilities • Must be flexible and resilient with the ability to give and take direction from multiple teams within the organization • Ability to interact with Senior Management, Marketing, Product Management and other internal teams • Required software and technical knowledge: Photoshop, Illustrator (Fireworks, Flash, InDesign all a plus!) • An interest in online business and marketing is a big plus.
