| Account Executive Account Executive Responsibilities Responsible to handle inbound/outbound emails, often as clients' first point of contact. This position involves identifying, closing and documenting sales, relationship selling and ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures. Duties • Provide solutions for clients needs; • Identifies customer profiles and negotiates to minimize risk and resolve customer rate objections; • Tactfully declines ineligible customers and satisfy VIP customers; • Provides excellent service, via the email, to effectively and thoroughly ascertain customer's inquiry; • complete required documentation to effect any changes and provide prompt follow-up in issuing policies; • Understand and address liability issues and internal processes; • Support the Company's diversity initiatives; Qualifications • Minimum College education; University is an asset • Possess proven sales experience with strong Sales/Customer focus; • Solid experience with Windows and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel etc.);in-house computer systems; • Ability to work effectively under the pressure of time constraints and service demands; strong customer service skills are essential; • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; • Call centre experience skills are considered an asset. | |
