We are currently hiring Team Leaders and Sales Associates on behalf of our client who is a market leader within the Energy Sector. Team Leaders We are looking for Team Leaders who can lead, coach, develop and inspire team members to drive sales and provide an exceptional customer experience. Your role will be to lead the store team to ensure that the location supports the brand and meets its goals. You will support the creation of an environment where your team members have an opportunity to grow and develop while functioning as a team to achieve great results. Required Skills and Abilities: • Minimum 2 years progressive retail sales or customer service experience • Previous managerial experience would be an asset • Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills • Motivated to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment • Flexible to work day, evening and weekend shifts, based on business needs • Comfortable with technology • Previous experience in retail sales and working with targets would be an asset • University degree/college diploma with a focus on business/management would be an asset The Offer: • Competitive Pay • Learning and development opportunities to take your career to the next level • Recognition programs • A positive and respective work environment Retail Sales Associates As a Retail Sales Associate, you will leverage your passion for technology and natural affinity for sales to build customer confidence in the products and brand by maximizing the customer experience. Working as part of a team, you will sell a range of products and services while developing positive customer relationships.
